Return & Exchange Process Flow
At Lanulu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We’ve created this return and exchange process to make your experience as easy as possible.
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date if accompanied by original tags and packaging.
All online returns, refunds, and exchanges must go through our customer service team via email or phone/SMS.
Please note: Health and wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Approval Review
Once your request is received, our team will review your order and respond within 24–48 hours. -
Return Label
If approved, we’ll email you a return label. Do not send returns to the original shipping address. -
Package & Ship
Use the return label provided, package your items securely, and drop them off at a UPS facility. -
Processing
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you can choose:-
Refund to your original payment method (processed within 3–5 business days)

Replacement of your order (ready within 72 hours)

Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, we will require:

A claim ID from your local post office

Verification of the claim
Once verified, we will send a replacement.
Restocking Fee
We charge a 30% restocking fee for custom apparel, flags, and other custom design items.
